By accessing and using HaPOS ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this application.
HaPOS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HaPOS for your personal or business POS operations. This license does not include:
- Modifying, copying, or distributing the app or its source code
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
- Reselling or sublicensing the app to third parties
- Ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the app
- Maintaining the security of your device and app PIN
- Complying with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction
- Regularly backing up your data to prevent loss
- Ensuring your use of the app complies with local business laws
- Verify all transaction amounts before completing a sale
- Ensure correct tax rates are configured as per applicable laws
- Maintain proper business records as required by law
- Issue valid receipts and invoices to customers
All content, design, code, and features of HaPOS are the intellectual property of HaPOS. The HaPOS name, logo, and branding may not be used without explicit written permission.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate your license to use HaPOS if you violate any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [YOUR COUNTRY].
