Is HaPOS really free?
Yes, 100% free. No subscriptions, no hidden charges, no ads. All features are available to everyone.
Does it work offline?
Yes. HaPOS is offline-first. All data is stored locally on your device. No internet is needed to use the app.
How do I backup my data?
Go to Settings → Backup. You can export a backup file and share it via WhatsApp or Email. Google Drive backup is coming soon.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Currently, HaPOS works on a single device. You can transfer data using the backup and restore feature. Multi-device sync is planned for a future update.
I forgot my PIN. What do I do?
PIN recovery is coming in a future update. For now, please contact us at hapos.official@gmail.com and we'll help you.
What businesses is HaPOS best for?
HaPOS is designed for distributors, wholesalers, small restaurants, cafes, and retail stores.
Can I print bills?
Yes. You can generate PDF invoices and print them or share via WhatsApp/Email. Bluetooth printer support is coming soon.
