HaPOS provides billing and tax calculations as a convenience tool only. The developer makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations. Users must independently verify all transaction amounts before finalising any sale or issuing any invoice.
Since HaPOS stores all data locally on your device, the developer is not responsible for any data loss resulting from:
- Device damage, theft, or loss
- App uninstallation or reinstallation
- Factory reset or device formatting
- OS updates or device failures
- Accidental deletion of app data
- Database corruption
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaPOS shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the app
- Loss of business data or revenue
- Incorrect billing or tax calculations
- Unauthorised access to your device or app data
- Any third-party actions related to exported data
HaPOS is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.

- Consumer protection laws
- Data protection and privacy regulations
- Business licensing requirements
- Electronic invoicing regulations
- Fraudulent transactions processed through the app
- Intentional misuse of billing or pricing features
- Tax evasion or incorrect tax reporting
- Unauthorised use of the app by third parties
- Use of the app for illegal business activities
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HaPOS from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of HaPOS or violation of these terms.
